We made our first visit to the location. We went through the offices of economic development ant they set up all the meetings to get a sense of where the talent and potential office locations might be.  Very helpful.  I would recommend doing any visit for a new location to start there.

This past month we have been working with our largest client on planning a remote office site for IT talent.  Doing a desk analysis on where the best IT talent is relative to their current HQ.  This includes access to Universities, Air transportation from their HQ, types of positions to be remote, methods of communication, measurement and more.
